Spa Supervisor - Twin Farms

Twin Farms is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Spa Supervisor to help lead the next chapter of our wellness experience with the opening of the new Garden House Spa.

Set within the Vermont countryside, Twin Farms is an intimate Forbes Five-Star and Relais & Châteaux property known for deeply personalized hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and experiences that feel effortless to our guests.

The Garden House Spa is an exciting evolution of that experience, and we are looking for a leader who is energized by the opportunity to help shape its culture, standards, and daily rhythm from the beginning.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, wellness, people, and operations. The Spa Supervisor will lead the day-to-day flow of the spa, support and coach the team, coordinate therapist schedules and guest experiences, and ensure that every space and detail is ready before a guest ever has to ask.

The right person will be calm under pressure, naturally attentive, highly organized, and comfortable moving between guest service, team leadership, scheduling, problem-solving, and operational details throughout the day.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operation of the Garden House Spa.
• Create a welcoming, calm, and highly personalized experience for every guest.
• Support, coach, and provide day-to-day leadership to Spa Receptionists, Spa Attendants, and therapists.
• Coordinate treatment schedules, therapist assignments, staffing coverage, and guest requests.
• Ensure the spa is beautifully prepared each day, from treatment rooms and relaxation spaces to amenities, music, lighting, refreshments, and linens.
• Anticipate guest needs and collaborate closely with Guest Experience and other Twin Farms departments.
• Resolve guest concerns with warmth, discretion, and thoughtful follow-through.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, organization, sanitation, and operational readiness.
• Oversee spa supplies, professional products, amenities, linen levels, and inventory.
• Assist with training, onboarding, coaching, and continued development of the spa team.
• Support the continued development of procedures and standards as the new Garden House Spa evolves.

You are equally willing to welcome a guest, help solve a scheduling issue, inspect a treatment room, restock an amenity, coach an employee, or jump in wherever the team needs you.

• Previous luxury hospitality, spa, wellness, resort, or high-touch guest-service experience strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence coordinating schedules, employees, and changing priorities.
• A calm, gracious, and solutions-oriented leadership style.
• Ability to handle confidential guest and employee information with discretion.
• Genuine interest in wellness and exceptional hospitality.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings based on business needs.

Professional spa or wellness licensure is welcomed but is not required for this operational leadership position unless the individual will personally perform services that require licensure.
