Gilpin Spice is a bold, beautiful, and buzzing restaurant inspired by the flavours of the Spice Trail – from India to Malaysia, Thailand to Japan. Set within the stunning grounds of Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, our Michelin recommended open-kitchen theatre and vibrant interiors create a truly immersive dining experience.

We’re looking for a charismatic, attentive, and energetic Waiter to join our award-winning team. You’ll be the face of Gilpin Spice, delivering exceptional service with warmth, flair, and precision.

🍽️Your Role as Waiter:

• Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality and a smile that sparkles.

• Guides guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm.

• Delivers food and drinks with efficiency and elegance, to enhance the guest journey.

• Collaborates with chefs and colleagues to ensure seamless service.

• Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.

• Upholds the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.

Salary: from £26,624 to £28,704

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £234 to £526 per month.

Hours: 40 hours per week.
