We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and lead our bar operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Makes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specifications

· Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

· Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.

· Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitality

· Maintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placed

· Sets up and closes down the bar at the start / end of each day

· Experience: Minimum of 2 years as Assistant Bar Manager

Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good leadership potential with a hands-on, team-oriented attitude.

• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service techniques.

• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education: A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Certifications: Responsible beverage service certification (if applicable in your location).

· Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
