We are looking for a motivated, professional, and proactive Night Auditor for the 2026 season (March to November).
In this position, you will supervise the night team, ensuring that front office operations and daily financial closures are managed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano standards.
You will serve as the main point of reference for the team during night hours, ensuring impeccable service and the safety of the property.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out throughout the shift, handling in-house guest requests.
- Supervise the property by managing and monitoring common areas.
- Ensure accurate handover and reporting on property status or guest-specific information.
- Perform daily financial closure, verify transactions, and prepare end-of-day and next-day reports in line with company procedures.
- Handle cash transactions in accordance with operational procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests, liaising with external night security when necessary.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all relevant information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations to maintain service continuity and quality.

Reporting Line
Reports to: Front Office Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front office night positions.
- Excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS and Excel.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (a second language is a plus).
- Well-groomed appearance and commitment to sustainability values.
- Own means of transportation.
- EU passport.
- Verifiable professional references.
