Twin Farms is located in bucolic Barnard, Vermont, about 90 minutes from Burlington, three hours from Boston, or five from New York City. Stays are reserved for adults only and are inclusive of all meals, fine wines and spirits, as well as all activities and equipment.

At Twin Farms, our team is at the heart of everything we do. As Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping our people feel supported, welcomed, and equipped to thrive, from their very first interview to their experience living and working on property. This role is more than administration; it’s about creating the conditions for our employees to do their best work.

Compensation: Starting at $25.00/hour (Final offer based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Full-time, year-round

Why this role matters

  • You’ll be the first friendly face many candidates and employees meet in HR.

  • You’ll help shape how people experience Twin Farms — ensuring they feel valued, cared for, and connected.

  • You’ll make employee housing not just a place to stay, but a home that fosters belonging.

  • You’ll be part of building a workplace where people want to stay and grow.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and recordkeeping.

  • Welcome and assist applicants and employees in the HR office, ensuring every interaction feels supportive and respectful.

  • Coordinate recruitment logistics: prescreening applicants, checking references, and keeping the process moving smoothly.

  • Manage onboarding essentials, including I-9 documentation, orientation, and employee records.

  • Keep the HR office running efficiently — from calls and emails to supplies and scheduling.

Employee Housing Impact

  • Coordinate leases, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a smooth housing experience.

  • Serve as point of contact for DoorLoop, our housing management platform.

  • Help optimize housing assignments so employees feel comfortable and connected.

  • Oversee housing inspections and coordinate shuttles for off-campus activities.

Culture & Engagement

  • Maintain confidentiality and trust in handling sensitive information.

  • Support HR initiatives, team member events, and moments that build community.

  • Step in wherever needed to help employees feel valued and supported.

  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred, ideally in hospitality or service industries.
  • Excellent communication skills — both listening and expressing ideas clearly.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., ADP Workforce Now) is a plus.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • A problem-solver with curiosity and initiative.

  • A teammate who thrives on collaboration and cares about people.

We believe people do their best work when they feel cared for — at work and in life. At Twin Farms, you’ll find benefits designed to support your well-being, your future, and your sense of belonging:

  • Time to recharge – Up to 4 weeks of paid time off, plus paid sick days and holidays, so you can rest, reset, and return at your best.

  • Nourishment every day – Two complimentary meals during each shift, because fueling our people matters as much as fueling our guests.

  • A place to call home – Affordable on-site housing for qualified candidates, making it easier to focus on work and community, not logistics.
