As a Guest Experience Agent, you play a vital role in creating a quintessential unrivalled guest journey full of personalised memorable moments, which are unique and locally immersive.


Xara Collection is seeking an experienced Head Bartender to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our beverage service standards, enhancing bar setups, and driving innovation in our cocktail offerings.

 

  • Collaborate with the Banqueting Manager to continually improve the standards of beverage service, ensuring a premium experience for all guests.

  • Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to recommend and create tailored drink menus.

  • Assist in refining the setup and presentation of our bar areas, ensuring that every event showcases a professional and visually appealing bar environment.

  • Assist the Banqueting Manager in creating innovative cocktails and themed bars which can be added as part of our portfolio.

  • Provide ongoing training to the Xara Catering bar staff, ensuring they are well-versed in bartending techniques.


  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality or catering industry.

  • Exceptional knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and other beverages.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a commitment to training and mentoring staff.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
